Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered surveillance systems for enterprise clients across Oman. You will conduct site surveys, design camera coverage plans, oversee structured cabling installation, and commission Hikvision and Dahua NVR/DVR platforms. Post-installation, you will tune AI analytics — facial recognition, heat mapping, crowd-density alerts — and train client teams on platform use. Projects range from single-site retail deployments to multi-building campus networks with 300+ cameras.

Architect, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade networks for clients in retail, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors across Oman. You will design Wi-Fi 6 mesh coverage using Cisco Meraki, Aruba Instant, or UniFi, configure fiber optic backbone infrastructure, and implement VLANs, PoE switching, and network security policies. Alongside installations, you will handle post-deployment optimization, throughput testing, and long-term managed services engagements.

Install, configure, and maintain fingerprint scanners, facial recognition terminals, RFID proximity readers, and integrated gate controllers at enterprise facilities across Muscat. You will work from access control schematics, run low-voltage wiring, integrate hardware with management software (ZKTeco, Suprema, HID), and deliver end-user training. Fast diagnosis of access failures is critical — clients include banks, government offices, and hospitals with zero-tolerance downtime requirements.

Design and ship customer-facing and internal web and mobile applications for Unitech Digital clients — including security dashboards, RFID inventory portals, and custom ERP integrations. You will own the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, UI design in React/Next.js, REST/GraphQL API development in Node.js, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, and post-launch monitoring. You will collaborate directly with the USTS engineering team to integrate digital software with physical security systems.

Deliver hands-on installation and reactive maintenance across USTS's portfolio of CCTV, access control, gate automation, RFID, and IPTV systems at client sites across Oman. You will work from installation drawings, run cabling, mount hardware, configure devices, and test end-to-end functionality before handover. Post-installation, you will respond to service calls and perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits, often serving as the client's primary technical contact on-site.

Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts for USTS's integrated security and IT solutions portfolio — covering CCTV, RFID, networking, gate automation, IPTV, and digital services. You will generate leads through cold outreach, tender monitoring, and referral networks; conduct site assessments; produce detailed technical proposals and BOQs; and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signature. Expect a blend of boardroom presentations and site visits across Muscat and beyond.
