How much does CCTV installation in Muscat cost?
A quotation depends on the number and type of cameras, cable routes, mounting access, recording capacity and remote-viewing requirements. Share your site location, drawings or photos and the areas you need to cover so USTS can confirm the scope before quoting.
What should I ask a CCTV installer in Muscat?
Ask for a camera plan, the intended recording period, day and night image checks, itemised equipment and installation costs, and written handover and support terms. Confirm who controls administrator credentials and how additional users will access the system.
How many days of footage can be stored?
Retention depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate, compression and disk size. It is calculated during design from the retention period you need, not fixed in advance.
IP cameras or analogue (HD-over-coax)?
IP cameras suit new installations and higher resolutions and run over network cabling with PoE. HD-over-coax can make sense where existing coaxial cabling is reused. The survey decides which is practical.

Yes. Mainstream NVRs support mobile apps. Remote access should be configured with strong passwords, updated firmware and per-user permissions.
